Every Wednesday at 6:30PM we have DCA Training in the John Eastwood hall. DCA stands for Decide Commit and Achieve which is what we aim to do at our trainings. Come and get a good workout amongst great people. Boxing and circuit training to get a good workout and work the whole body. Go at your own pace and open to all ages. While the COVID-19 situation is still preventing us to meet in person we will try to do some online workout videos soon.
